why did the box on the deepfryer come out of its position?

i brought a crofton deepfryer from aldi about 2 months ago it is an excellent product but when i purchase this item it was the last one open box one of the employees help me to see if all parts was there and they were but the problem is that the part you plug the cord to has come out now i have to put tape on it when i use it why do it come out of the holder i am looking for my reciept so i can get one that the box is not open
