Mend Vaillant Turbomax Time Switch 110 Boiler Timer

how can i fix valliant turbomax time switch 110?

i have a valliant turbo max, the time switch 110 doesn't seem to be working..in the timer mode the boiler/heating stays on constantly. Does the timer need replacing? how easy is that?
