Mend Diplomat HJA-3300 Set Electric Oven

How can I set the time on my Diplomat HJA - 3300 ELECTRIC OVEN?

I am aware that my oven does not work without the timer being set. After turning the power off, our time screen is now back to zero and flashing but I have lost our manual and cannot recall how to set it. Please help.
