removal of grill element in built in oven?

are the screws inside the oven ? or from behind the back. meaning withdrawel of the oven from surround

Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Built Oven Inside

The screws may be in front (philips) , unscrew then pull in the wire and pull off the electric clips (could be 3 where middle is earth) Note the connection before removal
It is not a big job to remove the back cover
Pull the oven out and have a table under the oven to rest it on , makes then job easier
