My Diplomat ADP8322 integrated has burning smell?

My dishwasher started making bleeping noise, rinse cycle was flashing and the machine did not go on any further. Emptied the filter and cleaned the well. Still was not working, then got a burning smell when turned on and when i opened the door i hear a clicking sound. I have emptied the tray underneath which was full of water, just turned it on and no beeping sound but a strong smell of burning. Any ideas? Please help
