its a glowworm swift flow combi boiler which just had a new fan, for some reason my pilot light has gone out and wont relight properly. it does light but as soon as you release the button it goes out again, i have held the button in until my thunb aches and still no joy, any ideas, thanks
option 2, go to B&Q and pick one up for about £7. connected by a couple of bolts, fit it ya self in about 3 minutes! all ya need is a spanner. once you see what your replacing you'll realise how easy the task really is

most likely the thermocouple has burnt out. get a local engineer in to fix. be about £50 for cash
