Instructions for Honda SatNav?

I recently bought a 2005 CR-V Executive with fitted Sat Nav which I think is an Alpine unit. I think the model number is 32SAA800 or 00X32SAA8000 It appears to be working OK but I have no instructions at all and there are none in the Owner's manual. I haven't used Sat Nav before. Any help appreciated.
