home cinema fault model n0 ht-z310?

my machine is just over a year old , when it was first bought whithin three weeks it broke down and was fitted with a new dvd disc motor , now when i switch on it comes up with protect and switches off, i did buy a new motor for dvd but did not fix it . any ideas please..
