2007 CRV navigation dismantle?

Hi, I need to dismantle my cr*ppy Alpine Navigation system and try to clean it. The butter knife baby wipe did not work, now it is even more broken (used to work intermittently). I get a blank yellow background for about 60 seconds then the error message. Are the instructions the same as what Craig (bless you) gave for the 2005 model?
