brother model, how can i fix straight stitches are are loop shaped?

my brother sewing machine when sewing straight normal stitches, the bottom stitches are tight but the top stitches turn out to be lose tear drop like loops and it is loose

Hello Mercy,
Either the top tension if far too tight or the bottom tension is far too loose, top tension about 4 or 5
pull the bottom thread through so you have slight resistence, if it is too loose tighten the screw on the bobbin case about a quarter of a turn clockwise and test sew, keep adjusting if you have to.
