Mend Zanussi DWS 949 Top Rack Arm

Zanussi DWS 949 Does not wash top rack - no arm spin?

After checking during cycle I notice that my zanussi diswasher does not spin the top clean arm, ( From new) I have removed arm and cleaned and checked that unit fills with water - but seems to not have enough water pressure to spin arm? I have cheked water supply and all seems Ok, this is the same fault as a previous old unit also tried in the same - is this a common Zanussi fault or am I missing something?

blocked holes in top spray arm cause this fault.split spray arm down the centre seam and also faulty circulation pump/impellor
