How can I check the filter on my Diplomat dishwasher?

I have an integrated, built in diplomat dishwasher. It does not seem to be getting any water and I presume the inlet filter is blocked, how do I get to check the filter on the inlet pipe. I cannot reach under it and I cannot see how it is fixed into the kitchen to be able to move it out to get at the pipe. When I run it, no water comes in and after a while it stops and bleeps continuously until I switch it off.
