Mend Bissell 38B6 Solution Bottle Going

the solution bottle isn't going into it's compartment?

I have a Bissell powersteamer powerbrush and my solution bottle isn't attaching to it's compartment so therefore no solution is coming out when steam cleaning. How can I fix this problem?
