Remove dashboard of Peugeot J5 (Talbot Express)?

dont require to remove dashboard, look underneath the bonnet look up underneath the scuttle panel where the wiper arm runs, you should have two drain lines under one each side, these could be blocked, one the otherhand the could have been lost, do you have water comming through drivers wheel arch and passangers side
