Sounds like you have a short somewhere. There is no easy fix for something like this. You will need to take it to a service center for repair. If you keep trying to switch it on, eventually it will completely short out and you will have bigger problems. Take it to a center as soon as you can.
Go to www.pasc.panasonic.com and there is a section called LOCATE A SERVICE TECHNICIAN - just enter your model #, and zip code, and a list of authorized techs in your area will be listed, along with phone #'s and addresses!
