DE6854 Door not closing?

My Zanusi dishwasher door does not close, it appears that the door lock is stuck

the door lock is behind the hole at the top/centre of the stainless inner door.sometimes they close when actualy open and have to be reset and other times they break away at the back and need replacing.you need to remove the fascia panel to gain access
