60pw9363/17f bad picture?

I just bought a phillips 60pw9363/17f projection tv it has some ghost images on it and the screen drops down in the center. We realigned it but did not help. The guy I got it from said a repair guy looked at it and said the converter board was going bad in it. I looked at replacement boards and did not see anything that said anything about converter. Does anyone have any idea which card it might be?
