Mend Fiat Punto 1.2 Start Reg Tank

how can i start my fiat punto 1.2 p reg?

i cant get my fiat punto 1.2 p reg to strat its been standing for about a year ive put a fiver in the tank and a little into the carb its got a new batery in it ive tried taping the starting moter and cleaning the spark plugs ive also tried bump stating it and jumping it it makes a small stuter when i turn the key but it wont kick into life also the key code light comes on on the dash but theres no where to put a code in?

if that light is staying on you have a key problem, do you have another key? if so use it you should be using a blue key and the brown key for emergency use only! it is an immobilizer key fault !!!
