Mend Kenwood FP196 Working Yesterday Stopped

Kenwood fp196 stoppped working?

Hi

I was slicing the carrots yesterday and the food processor just stopped. There wasn't any smell or any sound. I checked the fuse and cord, both are fine. I don't know what else I should check and if I take it out for repair how much it will cost me.

Can anybody help me here please?
