what does f12 with red light flashing mean on a glow worm 30cxi boiler mean?

what does f12 with red light flashing mean on a glow worm30cxi boiler i already have no hot water the heating is working but all of a sudden this light has started flashing with this error

in the manual f12 is a problem with the wiring at the pcb's. but 9 times out of 10 it is the hw flow switch

Maybe you can find the issue in the service manual but i cant find f12. Here is a link for the manual Hope this helps.
