how get i get my potterton performa 24 to ignite!?

hi, my potterton performa 24 (category 11 2h3+ type c12 c32) is not igniting i have no hot water or heating wondering if anyone could help as professionals are quite pricey! i have read on other peoples questions about a reset botton inside but carn't seem to find it!
