How do I fix dropped side panel back to floor of my adria?

Adria carvan - about 12" length of the floor has rotted away from along the side panel and the side panel has now dropped down from the ceiling leaving a gap of 2" from ceiling. How do I put back together without having to take out internal fitments please. Thanks
