ok firstly the part of the frame that holds the ignition is common to break off when they have forced the steering lock,it can be straightened but must be kept the right shape so dont dent it or the components will not fit back in.the easiest way to get the barrel out is to use a slide hammer but this can dmage other parts of the lock so i would take the froks out and do it the right way by removing the plastic bit on the back of the lock first then you can take it apart from there if your forks are bent then you are going to need another set in it anyway so you may as well take them out as you cannot take the 2nd half of the steering lock out with the forks in situ anyway.and this is the part that the last leaf on the barrel locks into this will need to be pushed ove with a small flat screwdriver to release the old damaged barrel.get stcuk just shout me.
