Baxi Brazilia on a dwarf wall?

The Baxi Brazilia is so efficient and cheap to run I would like one in my conservatory. The appliance would fit, physically, but would not have the regulation distance from the floor on my dwarf brick wall. The floor and window sill are both terracotta tiles. Does anyone know if this reg is to stop nearby surfaces getting too hot. If we can't have one, please Baxi, make a shallower heater for conservatories x
