Zanussi washing machine?

e20 is a draining issue.take the filter out at the bottom right and clean it.whilst the filter is out get a torch and shine it in to the filter housing and just check if anything is jammed in the drain pump impellor.Water will pour out when you remove the filter so get plenty of towels ready.if it has a drain tube at the side of the filter use that to get the water out before removing the filter but not all zanussi have a drain tube
