Mend Glowworm Spacesaver Thermostat Boiler Plumbing

hot water too hot ?

we have a glowworm spacesaver .the hot water from the tank is scalding all the time could it be the thermostat on the boiler that is at falt

is it gravity hot water pumped heating ?
or fully pumped system ?

with no cylinder stat it will get hot
as you have no control over the temp it heats to so it's running off the boiler stat.
