Dose it require a complete strip

take the lid off.remove the rear half of the cabinet.remove the heating element and if your lucky you might see whats in there.if you don't see it check between the door rubber and the stainless inner drum as things can get wedged there.failing this bottom tube hose removed to gan access there or complete strip down
