machine drum not turning hotpoint wf840 ultima super silent?

had test error code appear,i rectified that problem hoping my machine would work! it did start to select program seems as if not enough water is entering into machine and machine is making a noise as if its heating up the water! then after around 16 minutes the machine seems to make a noise as if the drum should be turning but the drumwill not turn.
