Mend Eureka 4702A Suction Bagless Filters

Suction problems Eureka Power Plus model 4702 A?

Sweeper is bagless and after cleaning the filters air seems to escape where the canister connects....a missing seal part maybe? It still picks up, but not very good and you can feel the air coming out at you while vacuuming.
