hello, i had work done recently to my house. and the electrician forgot to put a new electricity supply to my veritas panel. he has since returned to power it up. but as the alarm has been off for a few months it wont respond to old comands. we have the manuel but are not sure which instructions to follow. any advice? thanks Sam x
open the cover the alarm will sound disconnect the battery and turn your mains off then power back up by battery first then the unit will bleep for 10 seconds enter your code and it should stop replace the cover and the red tamper light or 24 hr light will go off then turn back on your mains and it should be fine
