the near side electric window is stuck open on my renault megane 05?

The fuse box is located in at the side of the glovebox, when open.
remove both 25 amp fuses. Double lock the car and unlock car. Replace both 25 amp fuses. Lower both front windows, and raise both ( windows will only lower and raise 2" at a time) be patient and do this twice. The window will be fully functional on third attempt.....Good luck
