How you you replace broken curtain track gliders?

if the track is plastic you will have to remove the end pulley by undoing a screw.if the track is metal, at the end you will have a sring tab to depress or a lever to turn or an endstop to twist and remove or an elongated gap in the rail to tilt the gliders out

Gliders made by "Swish" may be removed and replaced by turning them to the horizontal position and pulling them out of the track. When hanging vertically their shape keeps them locked in.

If you have the replacement glides, and the track isn't a "Cheapy" look carefully at the glide. It will have 2 "jaws" and the jaws can be compressed between forefinger and thumb. You can see the principle behind actually inserting the glide.
With the front of the track looking towards you and with the glides top jaw in the slot behind, that is with the hole at the bottom for the curtain hook, and holding it by this piece, push it up so that the top jaw inserts in the slot and keep pushing until the jaw compresses and at the same time pull the bottom of the glide towards you.
If you have done it correctly, the glide will click in.
