Mend Krups XP4050 Water Warm Problem

Water does not pump through the coffee but warm water leaks out below?

[Krups xp4050 coffee maker]
I have this problem (Lis Heath - Jan 2010) but can't get at the pipe from pump to head, it's behind the tank case. Any ideas how to dismantle? (I can't find any repair people)
