Automatic transmission, Ford Mondeo 5 shift?

During the winter my gearbox started to change behaviour. When cold it indicates to ge to 5th gear - but revs indicate more like 4th gear. Also ifgas pedal released it does not motor breake. When temperature in operational it works fine.

What could be the problem ?
