Mend Ford Transit Connect Washer Motor Pump

Transit Connect Washers Failed!!?

I can hear the motor running but no water comes out!! (yes there is water in!) Any Ideas? - I've checked the lines near the jets, they seem fine.

Any idea how I access the washer bottle for a better look?
