I don't know the purpose of eyizevug.dll.

It probably mean that some application tries to access that library and it's not present.

It could also mean that that DLL don't contain any executable code.

Another possibility: You HAD a virus. That DLL was part of the virus and your antivirus suppressed it. The GOOD news is that the virus can no longer work! Youpee!

PC programs consist of two parts: .exe (EXEcutable) and .dll (Dynamic Link Library)

There is an error with one of the parts of eyizevu. I have no idea what eyizevu is however.
