electrical problem i think ?

berlingo van 53 plate central locking,all locks work when button pressed in cab, the doors lock when i use key thob but will not re-open when pressed again also the lock barrels spin in all doors when doors are locked new battery in key thob also new main battery for van replaced it happens with all keys. taken to just using chubb locks hoping i dont lock main doors at same time any help thank you in advance
