STELRAD IDEAL BOILER W2000?

Dear Sirs, I have a Stelrad Ideal boiler that is approx 20 years old and have considered changing it under the "Government Scrappage Scheme" Can you please advise me as to what is the efficiency of this boiler.
The model number is 60F and the max output is 23.7kw (80,900 btu)
