how can I fix my item ariston microgenus 23 mffi?

ariston microgenus 23 mffi. boiler heats water but when hot water is on flame keeps on firing up intermittently and boiler makes loud vibrating sound as if struggling for air.The vibrating is directly coming from firebox,heat exchanger is not leaking,and when outer cover is removed you can see the firebox cover vibrating.,what is likely problem,if unable to fix can reconditioned one be bought,if yes where
