Accent mini lcd key pad 2 reson bell box strobe on all time help??

I have a fully working honeywell Accent G4 mini with lcd key pad with a reson 8 bell box all working when I put a second Reson 8 bell box all functions work but strobe is on all the time on both boxes.All is well with the rest of the alarm alarm functions and bell boxes work apart from flashing stobe on all the time regardless of alarm on or off.
