Mend 350 Central Heating Hot Water Temperature

the radiaters go cold when we use the hotwater?

on my 350 boiler , when we have the centrel heating on the boiler works fine but as soon as you satart using the hot water for washing or having a shower the radiater go cold but as soon as you stop using the hotwater the radiater start to warm up as normal , can anyone help with this problem , thanks

thanks mike for your answer for my problem with my combi boiler but all combi boilers work with centrel heating and hotwater when both are on demand , this is a factery setting . pat

This is because the boiler can only work for heating OR hot water, not both simultaneously. The boiler is set divert to hot water when required, so this means the central heating wont work when hot water is demanded
