wipers on ford KA 2001 suddenly stopped. when replaced fuse blew twice?

Have ford KA 2001. Wipers stopped when using in heavy rain. Someone replaced fuse - it blew, and again blew.

However the next day replaced fuse again and disconnected the rear wipers - worked . Connected rear wiper again and worked. Worried there is intermittent fault and will happen again.
