Mend Delonghi Help Electric Working

delonghi cooker think thermostat but need help?

delonghi gas cooker and electric fan ass oven ,oven not working everything seems to be ok fan runs ok,grill is also ok ,i suspect that the thermostat is at fault but could be the element .hence could do with some help before ordering any spare parts
