Mend Titan McCullough T240 12 Replaced Checked

How to keep the Titan McCullough running?

My Titan McCullough stops running at 1/2 throttle! I have replaced the gas/oil, the lines, checked air cleaner and spark plug. It starts fine, but at 1/2 throttle shuts off!
