Mend Parkey Paragon Plus Keypad Work Set

keypad fault on parkey pad?agon plus, can I fit a seperate ?

some of the keypad numbers will not now work on my paragon plus, can I fit a seperate keypad, the numbers that dont now work are the numbers used to set alarm, 2,4,7,9 or can I reset the user numbers and use different numbers? thanks
