How can I repair a Factory Installed - 6 disk CD player on a 2004 Lexus?

I own a 2004 Lexus RX330. The sound system is a (6) disk CD player with Am/Fm Radio and Cassette. The CD has worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. The CD player "will not" accept "any" CD's. When I attempt to "load" a CD in the "load mode", the player will not accept the CD. The player starts to accept the CD (approximately one quarter of the disk) but then rejects it. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
