Home alarm Accenta G3?

I appear to have the same problem.
I purchased an Accenta G3 alarm. It now beeps every 5 minutes when it was only last serviced 4 months ago. I have purchased and replaced the battery however this has not stopped the alarm beeping.
To top it off the keypad is now not responding although the power and day lights are lit.
Please help
