Mend Neff Spark Gas Works

No Ignition spark on Neff gas hob ?

The electric ignition spark on a 5 burner Neff gas hob no longer works and I'd like to know if this is a DIY repair or if I need to call a technician. It's 5 years old and I've cleaned all the sparks. Thanks
