How can I repair my corner bath panel made by Spring Bathrooms Ltd ?

The panel on my corner bath has split from one end. The bath was made by Spring Bathrooms of Halifax ,West Yorkshire. Can you please assist in reccomending a company who can repair? The colour ,I think , is Ivory.
