My cooker (creda reflection) will not turn off?!?

When I have finished cooking and turn the temp. down to zero/off the lights on the dials remain on as well as the one in the oven. The fan still blows air through but the temperature does go down as it should. I now have to turn the oven off at the wall to ensure it is fully off.
